Die Deutsche Rafting Meisterschaft am 28.-29.4.2007 ist am kommenden WE abgesagt. Die Wassersituation hat sich nicht verbessert. Der neue Termin wird Ende September sein.
The Augsburg ERC R4 28th/29th April is cancelled. The water situation has not improved! It will be postponed to the end of September 2007.

Liebe Raftingfreunde,
wegen extremen Wassermangels im Lech und Eiskanal sind die Deutschen Rafting Meisterschaften derzeit gefährdet! Es wird am 21.4.2007 entschieden ob der Wettkampf durchgeführt werden kann! Der Eiskanal ist derzeit nicht geflutet und durch den Lech kann man fast trockenen Fußes durchgehen. Wir warten auf den großen Regen der eventuell ab Mittwoch/Donnerstag dieser Woche kommen könnte. Bitte die Nachricht an alle relevanten Kontakte erteilen. |

The official International Austrian Rafting Competition 2007 will take place on the river Salza in Styria. The rules of the International Rafting Federation IRF category R4 and R6 determines the championship. Each competition (sprint, head to head, slalom, downriver race) gets points. The Rafting team with the most points after the last race in the category R4 and R6 will be the final winner. The championship will be the first European Cup race this year. |
