Czech rafters completed the first half of the domestic season on the last weekend of June at Trnávka, where the traditional R4 category races took place. Another race is planned for the end of August. At first, R4 slalom and sprint will be organised in České Vrbné (19.-20.8.) and a week later, on August 26 and 27, the R6 European Cup takes place at Trnávka. In September (2.9.), the extreme R4 descent down Čertovy proudy on the Vltava river under Lipenská přehrada reservoir (Worlc Championship 2003 took place here) and on September 16 and 17 in Roudnice nad Labem, slalom and sprint races that were postponed because of floods. |
